The Group manages all of the operating facilities for the V. Suarez Division, encompassing 350,000 sf, in Puerto Rico’s three principal urban areas. This includes its Corporate Headquarters in San Juan and 4 associated warehouses, its retail operations (El Horreo in San Juan and El Horreo in Ponce), and satellite warehouse facilities in both Ponce and Mayaguez. The Group is currently constructing new, fully-integrated facilities for the V. Suarez Division in the Bayamón Area, allowing V.Suarez Division to operate out of one centralized warehouse. The new facility, boasting more than 300,000 sf will incorporate all product segments (Beverages, Provisions). In addition, the Group will provide a new 60,000 sf office center to house the company’s Corporate and Divisional Staff. The development of San Juan Industrial Park in San Juan, an 80 acre industrial/commercial development, encompasses the construction of more than 600,000 sq feet of additional warehouse facilities for third party tenants as well as commercial and office space of more than 140,000 sq feet development within 17 acres of road frontage property. In addition to converting 17 acres into a new commercial space and constructing more than 300,000 sf of new warehouse space, the Group will upon relocation, start the planning process to convert its present facilities, located in a prime commercial/retail area in Guaynabo, into mixed use development.
